CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

First time using:

Clean the cutting board with water, wipe off and let it dry immediately (DO NOT soak into water). Apply a layer of extra virgin olive oil on the dry surface and let the oil dry for 12 hours

On-going care and maintenance:

DO NOT soak into water or expose to high temperature environment such as oven or dishwasher. After using, wipe with mix of apple cider vinegar (1 tea spoon) and 500ml warm water. Wash it with clean, soft towel or sponge and hang it to dry. Apple cider vinegar good as anti bacteria.

You may apply the extra virgin olive oil on its surface once every 2 months to make it look like a new.

NOTE: As this cutting board is made of natural wood, every cutting board will have its own unique pattern. It is extremely normal if there is any natural wood spots and it will not be in perfect even color. We will not accept return/exchange for this reason.
